Governing the Use of the Sovereign Intelligence Engine
1. Acknowledgment of Experimental Nature
By accessing Oura-Casa, the Sovereign Intelligence Engine, and its associated vault ecosystems, you acknowledge that this platform is an experimental architectural tool designed for cognitive processing and performance autopsy.
Critical Disclaimer: Oura-Casa is not a medical device, nor does it provide professional medical advice, psychiatric care, therapy, or psychological counseling. The AI synthesis generated within this environment is meant for philosophical reflection and behavioral tracking only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you must seek immediate assistance from certified medical professionals.
2. User Responsibility and Intelligence Hygiene
You are granted a license to utilize the Oura-Casa architecture under the explicit agreement that you maintain sole responsibility for the data you input into the system.
- Data Sensitivity: While the vault is heavily secured, users are strongly advised to practice standard intelligence hygiene. Do not input unencrypted highly sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as social security numbers, banking details, or exact physical addresses into the chat interface.
- API Key Safeguarding: If you integrate personal API keys into the system, you are responsible for any usage charges incurred on those third-party platforms. You must never share your Oura-Casa authentication tokens with others.
3. Architecture Availability & LLM Reliability
The ecosystem integrates large language models (LLMs) to facilitate parsing and synthesis. By using the platform, you accept the following limitations:
- Hallucinations: Artificial intelligence systems can generate inaccurate, biased, or illogical outputs (hallucinations). You must independently verify any factual synthesis generated by the engine.
- Uptime & Availability: We provide the architecture "as is" and do not guarantee 100% uptime. The system's ability to process real-time chats relies on the availability of third-party API providers (e.g., Google, OpenRouter). If those services experience outages, real-time synthesis within Oura-Casa will be temporarily suspended.
- Offline Mode & Hardware Constraints: If you utilize the "Offline Engine", Oura Casa will run an 8B parameter model natively on your local GPU. You acknowledge that performance, battery consumption, and latency are entirely dependent on your personal hardware capabilities.
- Third-Party Integrations: If you opt-in to Telemetry Sync via Telegram, you are bound by Telegram's Terms of Service for that specific data transmission channel.
4. Intellectual Property Sovereignty
Platform Architecture: The visual design, source code, UI/UX implementation, and conceptual frameworks (e.g., Biological Archive, Ecos Pipeline) of Oura-Casa are the exclusive intellectual property of Koushik Gaja. They may not be cloned, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission.
Your Insights: Conversely, you retain absolute, irrevocable intellectual property rights to the content you create. The raw chat logs, the generated extraction chains, and the custom protocols you build within your vault belong entirely to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Koushik Gaja or Oura-Casa be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for data loss, emotional distress resulting from AI interactions, or financial losses incurred due to API key mismanagement.
6. Protocol Modifications
The architecture of Oura-Casa is in continuous evolution. We reserve the right to modify these Terms, update system features, or transition underlying LLM providers at our discretion. Significant changes to the privacy mechanics or terms of use will be communicated within the platform interface.
